Having a snoring issue when sleeping in any position means that something else is wrong with you and it is not just the issue with your air passageways therefore there are other health problems that needs to focused on and you should consult a medical practitioner as soon as possible for this severe form of snoring. The tongue inflicted snore is caused when the back of the tongue is blocking some parts of the air passageways which produces the snoring sound. When snoring while sleeping any time of the day, raises some question since the snoring occurs any time of the day or night or any moment when you doze off which your sleeping posture may have something to do with this type of snoring.


Most commonly known causes of snoring

Being obese and overweight are big factors that can cause snoring according to research. When having asthma, sinusitis, or a cold, these illnesses causes a person's air intake to become smaller. Drinking too much alcohol than the normal recommended consumption amount can cause snoring because alcohol causes the muscles to relax more in which the throat and tissues loosen up and eventually produces a snoring sound when the person inhales and exhales even at a normal pace. When air is inhaled and exhaled rapidly, it blocks the pathways which causes the throat's tissues to vibrate and causes the snoring sound. The male gender hormones tend to be more active and restless than the female's estrogen hormones.

Controlled and uncontrolled factors of snoring

Once the air passageways swells it blocks the air tracks which prevent the normal airflow going and coming through the air tracks therefore it is best to limit our activities that are likely to induce you to snoring and this includes knowing the right foods to eat.


What foods causes us to snore?

Overeating may induce inflammation which is one of the main causes of some serious snoring issues. vegetables are light on the tummy and are very healthy thus will prevent snoring. Sometimes or most of the times, eating dinner together with the entire family is just great but it also is the time when overeating occurs. By eating more green vegetables, the less you are likely to develop a snoring problem.

Tips on how to maintain your weight and eating habits to avoid snoring

Be conscious of the amount of food that you eat. Eating consciously means, eating a smaller portion of food for every meal, if possible, cut fried foods out of your diet because fats from oils can be as harmful as well and also eat less pork and beef which can prevent snoring. Using smaller bowls and plates have been psychologically proven to work when dieting and is very effective.


What to do when you are snoring severely?

Losing weight not only helps your body to feel lighter but it can diminish your snoring too. By losing weight, you will feel more active and by keeping in shape it helps the body to function normally, including you air paths that can cause snoring. If you snore while sleeping anytime of the day, this is known as having a serious or a severe snoring problem. To stop your snoring, if it is possible try to sleep on your side when you lie in bed and train yourself to sleep sideways rather than sleeping flat on your back because this will definitely lessen the chances of you to snore in your sleep.
