OVERCOME SNORING ONCE AND FOR ALL

We know that snoring is not gender specific; however it occurs more commonly in men than in women. Hopefully my article will help to find an answer to why this is so. I hope to show that using a "stop snoring naturally product" will be beneficial.

WHAT IS SNORING? As we sleep, the unstable flow of air through our passageways causes the tissues of the throat and the nose to move and vibrate which creates the snoring sounds - no matter the time of day we sleep.

1]. Normal aging.

An allergy attack tightens the air track which stimulates a snoring reaction which will happen at the time while you are sleeping.

3]. Gender.....The male gender hormones tend to be more active and restless than the female's estrogen hormones. In men,their air pathways are smaller than women which causes males to be more prone to snoring.

4]. Sleeping Positions and Posture.

All of the above makes using sleeping aids such as: stop snoring pillows, stop snoring mouthpiece or any such stop snoring products almost a necessity.

LIFESTYLE FACTORS OF SNORING...

What we eat is a factor in every aspect of our life (snoring included.) If you watch what you eat, the quantity of what you eat, and eat foods that are more healthy for you then this will help control your snoring.

WHAT FOODS CAUSES US TO SNORE?... Any greasy or fatty foods or the fast foods that we love so much should not be present on the dinner table if you want to prevent snoring from occurring at night.

Processed foods usually contains a lot of preservatives and ingredients that you may not be aware of and these elements could be a snoring trigger for you. You can't go wrong when adding veggies or fresh fruits to your diet.

TIPS ON HOW TO MAINTAIN YOUR WEIGHT AND EATING HABITS TO AVOID SNORING...

Eating for health reasons should be a daily priority of yours as it could prevent you from snoring in the future.

Kick the junk foods habit to rid your body of extra calories and fats. Eating slowly can also help you lessen your food intake.

WHAT TO DO WHEN YOU ARE SNORING SEVERELY?...

There are always a lot of suggestions from drinking a little brandy before bedtime;
...using a nasal spray before bedtime;
...elevating the upper part of your body, etc
...all of these are supposed to help open your air pathways and let the air pass through with no restrictions.

If your snoring reaches a point that it is loud enough to wake your partner up in the middle of their sleep and send you to the couch then your snoring has reached a severe stage and you need to address the problem.
